The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously furnished bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and a spacious bedroom. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave and a Senseo coffee machine. There is also an outdoor kitchen with washing machine and sink. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, with air conditioning and a large solarium balcony. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower head, toilet and double sink. All bedrooms have 2 beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The pleasant climate will allow you to spend a lot of time outdoors, and that's when the two shaded terraces come in handy. Both are equipped with the necessary furniture, including a dining area and a spacious sofa with cushions. On the terrace you will find a large barbecue. You will find even more cooling in the large private swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters, with lighting and a heated outdoor shower. At the pool you will find lovely sun loungers. The tropical garden is beautifully landscaped with a subtropical planet.
