Our holiday home is located on the beautiful Mazarron country club. The house is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and microwave. In addition, the house has air conditioning everywhere, hot/cold. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities. Outside in the beautiful private garden with Mediterranean plantings, there is a private swimming pool with outdoor shower and a newly built pergola for wonderful evenings and plenty of shade. A nice sturdy BBQ is also at your disposal. Parking is available on your own property under the carport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking our villa you are obliged to make all payments on time. There is no refund of amounts paid, you can take out cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances with your own insurer.
A one-off cleaning fee of €120 is required, payable upon arrival in cash, Euro coin. This covers normal cleaning. The house must be left broom clean and the oven and BBQ must be cleaned. When you leave, leave bed linen and towels near the washing machine and take your rubbish to the containers. Dishes in place, a dishwasher emptied. In the event of infringements, we have the right to withhold additional costs from the deposit.
Towels are included, beds made too. This price applies to a stay of up to 4 people, additional persons cost € 10 per person per stay, with a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby.
Free WiFi and Dutch TV are included in your stay. Spanish TV is possible, additional charge € 2/night, to be paid in cash.
Water consumption and park costs are included, also an electricity consumption of 100 kWh per week. Additional consumption at a rate of € 0.45 per kWh.
CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR IS PROHIBITED; the network is not equipped for this.
The deposit is required to be paid via micazu and amounts to € 350.

If you are lucky, this cactus will bloom in our own garden, during your stay. The flower opens at night and is at its best early in the morning, soon in the course of the morning it fades again.
Cabo Tinoso.. The headland, on which the cannons of Castillito, Jorel and Altalayon can be viewed, from this cape you have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay, where Cartagena is located.
The bay of Mazarron, where the places and beaches of La Azohia, Isla Plana, Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo are located.
Santa Elena watchtower in La Azohia, the climb to it is very rewarding, you have a view of the Mediterranean with its crystal clear blue water and the breaking waves on the rocks. Beaches and bays stretch along the coast.

.... is rewarded with a beautiful view of the bay. Miles of sandy beaches stretch along the entire coastline from Bolnuevo to La Azohia. The beach of Puerto de Mazarron is about a 6 km drive from the house

Behind the house, next to the (partially) covered terrace, is the private swimming pool [size 8 x 4 m]. Access via roman walk-in stairs, at the bottom you stand in water of ±105cm, at the end the pool is 1.8 m deep. A patio fan has been installed. In the background you can see the outdoor kitchen with bbq.
Large, partly covered terrace behind the house with enough space for a shady or sunny spot. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs available to relax. The swimming pool is next to the terrace
To the side of the house, you arrive at the back, where the terrace and private swimming pool are located. At the end is the outdoor kitchen. In autumn 2023, a wall drying mill will be attached to the side wall. You will receive an explanation about this separately when booking. In overview photo 1 you can just see the laundry fluttering

June 2024. Every year we put a fresh Verdolaga plant in the slanted pot. And every time it's a surprise, how that plant develops... This one only has 2 colors, but if you zoom in, it surprises you with a red plume in the white flower and a yellow one in the red flower.
