10 years ago we fell in love with the beautiful region of Mazarrón and with the Mazarron Country club. For us a paradise on earth with its beautiful location, beautiful nature, beautiful weather, quiet location but still only 5 minutes from a nice city where you have everything at hand and only 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and boulevards.
We bought our house in August 2015, a beautiful, new blank canvas. We have therefore been busy with the design and construction of a beautiful new swimming pool with outdoor shower and associated terraces all around. In the meantime, we have also added a beautiful 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower in 2022 and a 3rd bedroom that can be useful when 4 plus guests want to stay. The 1st bathroom has now been tackled in May 2025 and has a new shower and sanitary facilities and a nice modern upgrade.
We called our house casa Alegría. Alegriá means "joyful". House that makes you happy. Every time we experience that again, the daily stress away from you and wonderful enjoyment, that makes you happy!
The house is fully equipped with new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven. The washing machine is in an enclosed place where the hot water boiler is also located.
The master bedroom has a new double bed, the 2nd room 2 twin beds that can also be pushed together. Bed and bath linen is included.
We open a 3 double bedroom if more than 4 guests will be staying. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 of which is walk-in
Air conditioning available. For the slightly chillier winter evenings also a beautiful pellet stove that provides a very pleasant warmth.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac and therefore does not get any through traffic.
Parking is available on private territory, behind a double gate.
The Town of Mazarrón is 5 minutes by car, beaches can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
