The bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
On the first floor is the third extra large bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a sliding door to the front balcony terrace with great sea views. This bedroom also has its own bathroom (bath/shower, sink and toilet). There is also a larger balcony to the side of the bedroom with nice views over the garden, pool and the sea.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage. Adjacent to the covered terrace on the right is the bbq corner and a cozy seating area. On the left you open onto the garden with the swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi and walk-in stairs.
The pool measures 5x10 so spacious enough for a swim. Then you will find the large terrace with the lounge set and the sunbeds to relax. As tenants of this house you can also make free use of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis, all of which are less than a minute's walk from the house. In addition, there is a field for playing football and basketball. The AP7 motorway is 10 minutes from the house and Alicante airport is an hour's drive away.
