The Complex comes with 1 large and 1 small communal swimming pool, above ground parking and an optional underground garage. Just 750 meters from the beach, with bike rental available for a car-free stay. Accessible to wheelchairs and prams, without stairs. Close to restaurants, bars, a charming harbour, beach amenities and nearby golf courses.

The "Casa Soñada" space features a spacious terrace and is located in Los Alcázares, just a 10-minute walk from Playa Lo Sola with all its amenities. Several restaurants and shops for your groceries are only 500 meters away. 

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating as well as ceiling fans and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a smart TV with access to many channels and eg, Netflix, YouTube and other apps. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Casa Sonada means "Dream House".

All my life I have had a dream to have an apartment or house in beautiful Spain. I love Spain. The warm weather, the relaxed life, the beautiful landscape, delicious wine and especially the friendly Spanish people. A year ago I started looking and I can tell you that I succeeded: a dream has come true!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Dear tenant,
The number of people using the accommodation at any given time must not exceed 4 (5 infants). Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of eighteen.

Rental agreement normally starts at 15:00, unless otherwise agreed, guests must vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. Be sure to empty all trash cans and wash all dishes. If additional cleaning is required, the additional payment will be charged to you and deducted from your damage deposit. Pets (by arrangement) or smoking on the property will result in immediate termination of occupancy and loss of all payments.

This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets or smoking will be at your expense. Damage deposit – Amounts to €250,-.
This amount is paid by bank transfer or cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end of your holiday. The air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the building. The owner reserves the right to retain the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. Please empty garbage cans, wash and store the dishes. Please note that in the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, you will be charged for the cost of replacement.

Under no circumstances may the client re-let or sublet the property, even for free. Internet access is available and included in the price. This property is privately owned and is our home. We expect all guests to enjoy the amenities and treat the property with the same respect as they would with their own home.

Los Alcazares has a coastline of 7 km and nice beaches to visit, equipped with showers, rental of beach chairs and umbrellas, and connected by a beautiful promenade. You can take long walks and there are a number of nice bars, always pleasant to watch the surfers on a terrace.

This area is above all a paradise for water and sports enthusiasts, with an infinite variety of activities such as swimming, sailing or water skiing, and thanks to its geographical location and the moderate prevailing wind, Mar Menor is one of the best places to practice Regatta sailing, but also land sports ranging from hiking, canoeing, canoeing, canoeing, canoeing, canoeing, cycling, tennis, and certainly for the golfers, who have the wide choice of the countless golf resorts in the area.

Be sure to take a boat trip through the islands of the Mar Menor or take the boat to La Manga, a fun day out (bike is allowed on the boat).

The town centre is scattered and has a good selection of shops, while the Bahia Centre in Los Narejos is known for its international eateries and there is always a very friendly atmosphere in the pedestrianised street where there is no shortage of bars and restaurants.
The street market is held every Tuesday morning.

During the summer months, there is a wide range of events with a pleasant hustle and bustle and, above all, an unmissable gastronomic event that takes place in October. A celebration that is very well known in the region of Murcia. The population then prepares the typical "caldero" (a rice and fish dish) on the beach according to the traditional method. Around Calle Isla del Ciervo there are numerous stalls with clothing, crafts, and attractions for all ages.

The origins of this town date back to Roman and Arab times, which can be found especially in some of the festivals that take place here, such as Easter, when the raids of the barbarian pirates are imitated.
