Our apartment is located on the Serana Golf in Los Alcazares just 25 minutes drive from Murcia-Corvera airport and 50 minutes from Alicante airport. If you like to enjoy peace, warmth and a beautiful view, then this is an ideal place. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the golf, the swimming pool, the sea with La Manga in the background.

Our apartment is equipped with the necessary facilities and has air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area. The beach and center are only 1.8 km from the apartment. There is underground parking and the apartment can be reached from the garage by elevator. The AP7 is close by, making the location ideal for trips to nearby cities such as Murcia, Cartagena, Torrevieja.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
