All the comfort you are looking for for a quiet and relaxing stay. Through the terrace at the front of the apartment you enter the sitting area with flat screen and Chromecast with which you can stream images from your smartphone, tablet or laptop.
Casa Luna Dorada - penthouse is equipped with free fiber internet & WiFi,
Air conditioning cold/hot throughout, curtains and shutters on all windows. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, freezer fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine... Behind the kitchen is a small storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ...

From here you can take the private outdoor stairs to the private 65m2 rooftop solarium.
This is equipped with an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen including refrigerator, electric Weber BBQ, large dining table, sun loungers, lounge set and pergola that can serve as sun protection if desired.
After the sunset you can enjoy the stars and the golden moon for a long time here.

The communal swimming pool which is fully fenced is next to the apartment. It is south facing, shade-free and has enough space to put extra sunbeds around it.

Lo Pagan on the Mar Menor lagoon was love at first sight for me.
If you want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, you should not lose time to discover this pearl on the Mediterranean Sea,
And this all year round. Costa Calida guarantees 320 days of sunshine a year.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason,
the tenant must always report this by e-mail to the landlord
(No refund is possible without written proof).

In case of cancellation, an administrative fee of 150€ will be charged.

Refund terms:

100% of the total rental price if cancelled more than 100 days before check-in date
50% of the total rental price if cancelled more than 50 days before check-in date
0% of the total rental price if cancelled 50 days or less before check-in date

La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center
(15 min by car from Lo Pagan)
It was built in 2012 and is one of the largest in the entire province of Alicante.

It comprises 161,000 square metres of surface area, with more than 150 shops.
There are large branches of well-known brands, but also many small cozy shops.
In addition, there are of course also numerous dining options.

The amphitheater of Cartagena was one of the largest amphitheaters of the Roman Empire. The oldest part was built in the 1st century BC. The part of which remnants are still visible around 70 AD. and at the time it could accommodate 11,000 spectators. With the fall of the Roman Empire, this amphitheater also fell into disrepair. In the 19th century, for example, a part was demolished for the construction of a bullfighting arena. Since 2007, archaeological research has only been carried out and renovations are taking place.
