Fantastic place to spend the winter!
in Costa Calida it is still 30 degrees and the sea 25 degrees. Very suitable for a family with small children, for peace seekers and golfers in a unique rural landscape. Luxurious new spacious 3k penthouse located near several golf courses, the nearest is 3 kilometers away called Sierra Golf. Near the beautiful Spanish city of Murcia you will find the beautiful resort of La Tercia in the middle of a landscape full of lemon and orange trees. Here you can enjoy our luxury penthouse.

Whether you want to relax for a few days or for a longer period, everything is there. Beach toys are available for the little ones and they can have fun in the playground, children's pool or the lovely beach. Fly to Alicante but nowadays also to the nearest airport Murcia, just a fifteen minute drive to the apartment. Mar Menor with sea water of 25 degrees or more.

We would like you to share in our love for this wonderful piece of authentic Spain. We are both still working, but we go to Spain every free week in winter, autumn, spring and not to forget summers.
