The cozy open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with television opens onto the lovely private balcony with dining table and fantastic sea views. There is a balcony with dining table where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. The apartment is on the first floor.
Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. In addition, you will be in a prime location, just steps from the beach, with a wide range of amenities within walking distance, including bars, shops, and restaurants.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. They also have access to the communal swimming pool and the padel court. The apartment has WIFI and a smart TV. Public parking is available around the apartment.
If you would like a high chair and/or a cot during your stay, this is available for an additional fee of 20 euros per stay together.

We will contact our guests no later than 24 hours before arrival to coordinate your check-in via Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 17:00 and 22:00, depending on the agreed time to check in. Late check-in is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee.

Due to its location between two seas, La Manga is an ideal place for water sports. There are sailing and water ski schools that periodically offer courses, as well as windsurfing and catamaran sailing. For lovers of high waves, the Mediterranean offers excellent conditions for windsurfing. In addition, there are several areas along the coast that are ideal and well insulated for diving, such as Cabo de Palos and the rocky depths near Isla Grosa.
Visitors to this area can also enjoy all the advantages of the Mar Menor's Sailing Station, which, similar to the concept of a ski station, offers a set of sailing, sports and tourist infrastructure. This includes hotels, accommodations, and leisure facilities, all of which converge along the entire coastline of the Mar Menor and La Manga. The exceptional climatic conditions in the area (315 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 19ºC) are ideal for the continuous practice of water sports.
