Our house is a large house with most rooms on the ground floor. From the terrace there is a wide staircase with 7 steps to the entrance of the house. The garage in the basement has a 'Mancave' and enough space to park 2 cars. Here is also the 2nd bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The entire roof is a large terrace with a number of places to eat, play and sunbathe, with fantastic views of the sea, the mountains and the neighbouring town of La Azoia.

The house is less than 300 meters from a small bay with a beach and 500-600 meters from the large beach with beach bars where you can eat delicious hot and cold tapas in addition to drinks. On the beach you can take miles of walks to La Azohia and Puerto de Mazarrón, where there are also beautiful boulevards with shops, bars and restaurants.

We bought the house in December 2024 as a complete blank and blank canvas. We have already done a lot of work so that it is completely ready to live in, but we want to finish a few things this spring, such as having the outside painted again (in the same colors), adding some stuff inside, decorating walls and adding outdoor furniture. The swimming pool must also be realized then. All photos at the moment are as the house is now; The photos will be updated in mid-May when we have completely finished all the work. The Local Social in 300 meters right by the sea has live music every weekend and every day (usually free) activities such as singing, language lessons, dance classes and much more.
There is a small bar with tapas for the large terrace.

Restaurants can be found 200 meters from the house, close to the beach. A supermarket is 300 meters from the house, and another 100 meters further is an ATM, doctor and pharmacy.
A veterinarian is about 200 meters from the house, next to a small tobacconist. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

We have a keyholder on site, and she charges € 180 for cleaning and bed making. These costs must be paid before arrival.
Electricity and water are calculated according to consumption.

From the summer of 2021, we have focused on the Netherlands and built and purchased 2 homes at holiday park 'Parc de Kievit' in Baarle-Nassau. In 2025 we purchased another holiday home in Isla Plana in Spain.
We rent out homes as we want to find them ourselves; complete and with all the luxuries of home.
Beds are already made, towels and tea towels are provided and everything is ready for your first kön.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
