The luxury penthouse is located in a recently (March 2023) newly built complex 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Bolnuevo on the Costa Cálida.
It is modern and stylishly furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a closed private parking space and a roof terrace of 60m2 with a luxurious dining area, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and jacuzzi.
The apartment is modern and equipped with all the luxury for a wonderful holiday. With the interior, the palm trees, the view and the jacuzzi, it is pure enjoyment.

In the low season (Nov-March) the rate is €1850 per month.
Penthouse Las Gredas
The penthouse is located 50 meters from the beach, on the 2nd floor of a new construction complex. Accessible by elevator or stairs from the closed private parking lot or the central entrance. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern open kitchen with built-in appliances. A cozy living room with breakfast bar, TV (with all channels, including Dutch and various apps such as Netflix) and sliding doors to the balcony. On the balcony there are 2 lounge chairs, where you can read a book in the shade. The entire apartment is equipped with climate control, both air conditioning and heating. There is internet / wifi and Dutch television available. In addition, you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Via an indoor staircase you reach the roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains of Bolnuevo. There are sun loungers, a chic seating area with palm trees, where you can eat and enjoy the great view. If you are going for the ultimate chill moment, take a seat in the luxurious jacuzzi and relax with a view of the mountains and the stars.
From the entire roof terrace you have a panoramic view of the beautiful limestone rocks of Bolnuevo.
The entire stay is private for our guests, including the roof terrace and the closed private parking.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with their own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towels and beach towels.
The open kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave and a Nespresso machine.
For a day at the beach, in addition to wonderfully large beach towels, there are also 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler.
The area:
Bolnuevo is a picturesque fishing village with a beautiful bay and a long golden beach with palm trees. A few old fishing boats with nets (which are still being repaired by the fishermen) on the beach immediately outline the peaceful atmosphere. Bolnuevo belongs to the municipality of Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón is a 5-minute drive away.
The Costa Cálida is an authentic Spanish coast where many Spaniards go on holiday. There are many beautiful bays, without hotels and mass tourism.
The sea has crystal clear water, so you can spot fish and rocks while swimming. From the water and the beach you have an amazing view over the village and the special limestone rocks that shoot up like mushrooms at the end of the bay: Las Gredas. These special rock formations are Unesco heritage, which makes Bolnuevo a protected village, where no high hotels are allowed to be built.
In the village you will find several small restaurants and shops. The Costa Cálida has more than 320 days of sunshine a year, it is a perfect destination to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday all year round.
In the vicinity you will find more than 30 beaches and bays, various towns, golf courses, hiking and cycling trails, restaurants and shops.
At 5 kilometers distance is Puerto de Mazzaron, a cozy village with a harbor, a long sandy beach and a boulevard with all kinds of restaurants and cafes. 40 minutes away you will find beautiful cities such as Cartagena or Aguilas and the beautiful Sierra Espuna nature reserve.

Other information:
On arrival you have to pay € 100 in cash (costs for cleaning, bed linen and towels) and € 300 deposit. Total €400,-
The deposit will be returned to you in the week after departure, provided that the apartment is left tidy upon departure.
There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, you can bring your own cups.
In the winter months (November to March) the jacuzzi is off because of the environment and high energy costs. If you still want to use the jacuzzi during this period, you can do so at the following rates:
