We immediately fell in love with this brand new and stylish modern villa (summer 2024). It has been designed to provide the ultimate comfort and we have furnished it with pleasure and love. The villa is suitable for 4 people.
It has two nice bedrooms with luxury beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own modern ensuite bathroom and both bathrooms have a rain shower. The cozy living room invites you to relax, with a fully equipped kitchen. The large sliding doors provide beautiful light. There are shutters on all windows. All this is located on the ground floor.
Step outside into the cozy garden. Here you will find the outdoor shower and your own private swimming pool (unheated) that provide an invigorating cooling. In high season, the pool is in the sun until 16.00 hours, after which it will slowly become shaded. But at 30 degrees and higher we have no problems with that ;-). Take the stairs through the patio to the spacious sunny roof terrace with outdoor kitchen. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view and the sunrise in the morning. Both the garden and the roof terrace are perfect for long evenings outside.
Of course, the villa is equipped with air conditioning (and heating)
The villa can be found in the small quiet village of Balsicas, Costa Calida, with 320 days sun guarantee (microclimate). It has a church with a square, a castle and its own train station. The highway is close by and there is regional transport. Within reasonable driving distance there are many nature reserves that are healing for joints, eczema, rheumatism and respiratory tract.
