A sun canopy was installed at the beginning of October so that you can sit in the shade in warm weather.

Two new single beds. The wall has also been given a new colour.
We have also refurbished the master room, new color on the wall and renewed the bed.
We also hung new wall decoration in both bedrooms.

The lower terrace with swimming pool. The window provides a seamless transition from inside to outside. This terrace enjoys the sun all day long, if desired, you can always use the electric awning. All windows of the house are equipped with mosquito nets.

Safety at its best. A fixed gate is mounted at the top of the stairs; if desired, an extra gate can also be placed at the bottom of the stairs.
Children are certainly welcome! A dining chair is available; 2 child seats for the car; a cot with extra mattress of 5cm thickness + sheets and a gate to be mounted at the bottom of the stairs.
Our street name, in full this is actually Calle Paseo Cooperativa Agricola c. 1972.
This pedestrian square is 50m from the casa and has a small playground. The ideal place to chat with others. Parking spaces are provided along this green space, just like in the street of the house itself, so there is enough parking space in the vicinity of the house.
The sea is 3 kilometers from the holiday home. Water sports, boat rental, bouncy castles on the water, playgrounds on and on the beach, ... everything can be found!

For golf enthusiasts there are 3 golf courses nearby: Lo Romero Golf, La Finca Golf and Real club de golf Campoamor.

There are also some beautiful nature reserves in the region. The Ruta Senderismo Rio Seco, a dry river bed, is located 5 km from our casa and is definitely worth exploring. You can do 2 walking routes: a loop of 4 km or a route of 10 km to the beach (so 20 km there and back).
A typical Spanish restaurant can be found about 300m from the holiday home. Home port for the local population, but tourists are also very welcome! And as you can see in the photo, for this price you can definitely try this restaurant!
Rizo's can be found on the square in the center. You can get not only breakfast, but also sandwiches, tacos, ice creams. There are also several cafes, eateries and bakeries on this square.
A top baker can also be found in Pilar de la Horadada. This delicacy is mainly available on weekends, on weekdays you can go for coffee cakes, cake, bread, ice cream, ...
