LOCATION
The Penthouse is located on the Luxury Golf Resort Condado de Alhama belonging to the city of Alhama de Murcia, located in the province of Murcia and on the Costa Cálida (warm coast). You can land by plane at Alicante airport (110 kilometers to the Penthouse) or from Murcia (35 kilometers to the Penthouse). In Puerto de Mazarron (15-20 minutes by car) there is a beautiful boulevard with many shops and restaurants. On the Resort itself and within walking distance of the Penthouse, there are also several restaurants, bars and also a Spar supermarket and several smaller shops. In the nearby region, markets are held almost every day with, in addition to fruit and vegetables, also a lot of clothing and other accessories. The largest market with around 150-200 stalls, is held every Sunday, from 9 am, in Puerto de Mazarron. Highly recommended for enthusiasts. Nearby places are: Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Lorca, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia and Cartagena.
PENTHOUSE
T his beautiful Penthouse is located on the Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. The Resort is secured 24 hours a day and therefore only accessible to authorized persons, guests and visitors. The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a lift and/or stairs. It can accommodate 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms. There is 1 large bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) with a double bed and 1 smaller bedroom with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge-freezer, oven with 4 halogen baking plates, a hood, a dishwasher, (combi) microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. In addition, there are of course sufficient glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pan set, bowls and other regular utensils. The dining room connected to the kitchen has a table and 4 chairs. Directly next to the dining room is the living room with a sofa, table, satellite TV, super fast Internet, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and electric heating. There are 3 air conditioning units (living room and both bedrooms) that provide the desired cooling and can also heat where necessary. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms. In connection with the climate and to save unnecessary costs, we ask for your cooperation. Do not turn on the air conditioning if you have the doors and windows open or if you are traveling in the area. It is often sufficient to switch on the air conditioning 15 minutes before going to sleep with closed doors and windows. For the winter visitors we have air conditioning in all rooms that is also suitable for heating. There is also an electric heating panel in the living room, dining room, bedrooms and bathroom. All relevant windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets so that you can keep the vermin out and still get fresh air in. The washing machine is in the loft where the hot water boiler is also located.
WIFI / Internet (FREE)
In and around the house you can use free super fast WIFI. You will receive the code from our key manager with which you can start the WIFI connection. We kindly ask you not to touch the router, any consequences are for your own account.
Water
In the kitchen there is a separate tap for drinking water, which is additionally filtered through a special filter, so that you have crystal clear and tasty drinking water available. You don't have to worry about the quality of the water, so you don't have to drag and spend money unnecessarily for mineral water from the supermarket!
Outside
The large 18 m2 terrace with built-in BBQ offers plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful climate and the great view over the golf course and the untouched nature in the surrounding area.
The terrace (facing south) is equipped with various sun blinds and sufficient garden furniture to sit or lie down. There is also a fixed BBQ on the terrace.
Because the Penthouse is located on the south side, it is also wonderful to stay here in the spring and autumn and even in winter. All the more so there are also sun blinds and wind catchers present.
You can park your (rental) car on the private parking (1532) under the roof of the Penthouse.
