El Castillar is a spacious holiday home located in the middle of the mountains of a beautiful protected nature reserve. The house is very private, so you can enjoy all the beauty that this nature reserve has to offer all by yourself; beautiful view, trails for mountain biking / horseback riding, protected animal species.
The house has 2 floors and can accommodate about 6 people. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, conservatory, kitchen, swimming pool, roof terrace, garage, spacious parking spaces, an outdoor shower and a toilet in an outbuilding adjacent to the house.
Conservatory
Attached to the house is a conservatory with a large dining table for 6 people. From the conservatory you look out over the backyard and the beautiful mountains.
Living room
The living room can be entered through the conservatory or kitchen door. The living room is equipped
seating and a fireplace.
kitchen
Through the living room you can enter the kitchen which is equipped with a stove and a refrigerator and refrigerator. In the kitchen there is a door through which you can walk directly into the garden.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom on the ground floor is adjacent to the living room and has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Via the stairs in the hall you reach the other two bedrooms (2 pers.). One bedroom has the advantage of a beautiful roof terrace which can also be reached via an outside staircase.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located on the ground floor in the hall. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and last but not least a modern sauna.
The garden
The garden is approximately 20,000 m2 and has a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a toilet. In the garden are lovely lounge chairs and two dining tables. You will discover what makes this place so special when you look at it. The peace, the chirping of the birds and the beautiful mountains.

Smoking policy
It is not allowed to smoke in the house. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace and in the garden. We would like to point out that the environment is very dry, so we would like to ask you to handle open fire with care and always deposit your cigarettes / cigars in an ashtray. This way we keep the environment safe.
Sauna
The sauna can be used between October 1 and May 1.
Swimming pool
The pool can be used between April 1 and November 1 depending on the outside temperature.
Fireplace
This can be used between November 1 and April 1.
