El Castillar is a spacious holiday home located in the middle of the mountains of a beautiful protected nature reserve. The house is very private, so you can enjoy all the beauty that this nature reserve has to offer; Beautiful views, trails for mountain biking and hiking and many protected species including turtles, chameleon, many different birds, lizards etc.
The house has 2 floors and can accommodate 6 people. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, a conservatory, kitchen, swimming pool, roof terrace, ample parking spaces and an outdoor shower and toilet.
Greenhouse
Attached to the house is a conservatory with a large dining table for 6 people. From the conservatory you look out over the backyard and the beautiful mountains.
Living room
The living room can be entered through the conservatory or kitchen door. The living room is equipped with
of a seating area and a fireplace.
Kitchen
Through the living room you can enter the kitchen which is equipped with a stove and a fridge and refrigerator. In the kitchen there is a door through which you can walk directly into the garden.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom on the ground floor is adjacent to the living room and has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The stairs in the hall take you to the other two bedrooms (2 pers.). One bedroom has the benefit of a beautiful roof terrace which can also be reached via an external staircase.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located on the ground floor in the hall. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, not to mention a modern sauna.
The garden
The garden is approximately 20,000 m2 in size and equipped with a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a toilet. In the garden there are lovely sun loungers and two dining tables. You will discover what makes this place so special when you look at it from the outside. The peace, the chirping of the birds and the beautiful mountains.

Smoking policy
It is not allowed to smoke in the house. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace and in the garden. We would like to point out that the area is very dry so we would like to ask you to be careful with open flames and to always deposit your cigarettes/cigars in an ashtray. This is how we keep the environment safe.
Sauna
The sauna can be used between 1 October and 1 May.
Swimming pool
The pool can be used between April 1 and November 1, depending on the outside temperature.
Fireplace
This can be used between 1 November and 1 April.
