The house is 5 minutes away from the beach and supermarket(s) and 15 minutes away from one of the best beaches in Spain (Playa de los Cocedores). Golf courses 15 minutes away.
It is a 2 room / 2 bathroom penthouse (4-6 people) located in a beautiful urbanization on a 2nd floor (no elevator). The roof terrace on the 3rd floor is the private solarium with beautiful unobstructed views of the sea and the mountains. It features an outdoor kitchen and barbeque. Swimming pool, comfortable beds, air conditioning/heating, high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine & TV are all provided.
A week of remote work with sun or the (full) winter during the winter? We still have plenty of availability as we have only just finished the renovation! Of course, we are also already accepting reservations for 2025!

I bought this apartment this year (2024) after my many travels to the different corners of Spain. Águilas is not yet very well known among foreign tourists, but the beaches are just as beautiful as on Menorca, for example. Of course, at a fraction of the price.
I also use this apartment myself, but mainly to work remotely and escape the heat of Madrid.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
