Casa Aqua Bendita or as many call it here the red cottage is located in the Sierra de la Almenara nature reserve. In the part of Villarreal where mining works were of great importance around 1900-1920. Here the red hematite was mined.
We were in love with the cottage and the beautiful surroundings and after the necessary hours of work it is now ready to let everyone enjoy and relax here. It is centrally located between Lorca, a beautiful old town with beautiful architecture, authentic squares restaurants etc., and Aguilas with its beautiful unspoilt beaches and bays, real Spanish squares restaurants etc. both a 20 minute drive away.

Garden
The garden around the house is fenced so ideal for small children or for the dog, there is a dining table and a large lounge set in the shade of old mulberry trees. There are also 2 bathtubs and a rain shower where you can cool off and enjoy the view while lying down with a drink. The rest of the garden 2.5 ha is full of olive trees and almond trees. Water from our own well!
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed in the house! Outside on the terrace is no problem, but be careful extinguish your cigarettes in the appropriate ashtray it is very dry and a spark can already cause a lot of misery.
