The centre of Lloret de Mar is only 5 km away, as are the nearest beaches.
The metropolis of Barcelona is about an hour's drive away, and good train connections are available
The Catalan provincial capital Girona is about 30 km away
Salvador Dali's place of work Figueres is about an hour's drive away
**The space**
Three comfortably furnished bedrooms, two of them with TV and one with bathroom en-suite. One bedroom with double beds (1.40m) and two with single beds with possibility to put together.
The large, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Due to the open area of the kitchen, it is always in contact with the dining room and the cozy living room. In total there are two bathrooms, several large terraces, a fully equipped, covered barbecue area that invites you to barbecue.
An outdoor table tennis table with accessories is available.
The spacious, private pool area with the large saltwater pool invites you to swim and relax and is cleaned 1-2 times a week. The outdoor area will also be cleaned.

Villa Laura has a fantastic view and is privately located, there are hardly any views from the outside. The entire area is enclosed. Children and dogs cannot leave the property alone. The pool area is secured by separate gates so that children and dogs cannot reach the pool area on their own.
Your holiday resort is located between Lloret de Mar and Vidreres in the mountains and forests; perfect for a walk, hikes and bike rides (bike rental is available in Lloret).
From one side you can see the Pyrenean peaks and from the other side you can see the valley of the Aiguaviva Park. Shopping facilities and numerous leisure activities nearby. There are many activities for the whole family, e.g. the fantastic Waterworld, golf and mini golf, bowling, hiking in nature and beach, swimming, boating, stand up, mountain biking, karting, horse riding and much more for an unforgettable holiday. **Guest access**
A car is highly recommended. At the nearby airports of Barcelona or Girona and also in the surrounding area, low-cost car rental providers are available. The house is located in a cul-de-sac and is therefore free of traffic noise, free parking available.
It is possible to arrive by car.
The beach is 10 minutes away by car, the nearest large supermarkets 5 minutes away. There is a small well-equipped bakery/supermarket nearby.
**Other things to note**
- Pets are allowed, ask for conditions
- On request, a longer rental period can be agreed at attractive conditions
- Every week the pool is serviced for you, during the season 2x per week
- Our hostess Carmen is always there for you
- Cot, high chair, children's cutlery, children's toilet seat and a playhouse are also available
- Including ancillary costs for normal consumption
