Can Jan Vives is a beautiful Spanish casa rural, located just outside the small village of Vidreres in the province of Girona. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been carefully renovated to retain its original character and charm.

The house has four newly renovated en-suite bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning.

A fifth chamber will be ready from May 2025. (for 2 extra people)

The house has 4 double beds, which can sleep 8 people. It is possible to add an extra bunk bed for 2 people and 1 normal bed. We also have 2 extra baby cots available.

That makes the total capacity 13 adults and 2 infants with 15 in total until May 2025.

Inside the house there is a living room, kitchen and a dining room. There is also a beautiful backyard with a swimming pool, BBQ area, and places to sit.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

There are plenty of walking and cycling routes nearby. Only 15-30 minutes from the beach and nearby cities such as: Lloret de Mar, Girona, Platja D'aro, Blanes & Tossa de Mar.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
