Rosamaravilla
is the ideal place for an unforgettable sporting holiday. Located on one of the most beautiful coastal roads in Europe, this recently renovated villa is just 200 meters from the beautiful Rosamar Beach, between Sant Feliu de Guixols and Tossa de Mar. The villa has been completely modernized under the supervision of an architect and now offers all kinds of modern amenities, such as a fully equipped gym with air conditioning, an atmospheric hanging fireplace, USB sockets in the bedrooms, an oven and a dishwasher, ceiling fans in the living room, and large patio doors to a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley.

Area
In Rosamar you will find beautiful beaches and one of the best restaurants in Spain with a spectacular terrace by the sea. Just 200 meters from the villa there is also a cozy Spanish chiringuito on the beach. Furthermore, the immediate area offers the opportunity to discover beautiful Spanish cities and cultural sights.

The Villa
The villa itself was completely renovated in 2021 and has a luxurious and modern look with a touch of the 1970s. It is a comfortable holiday home where you can both train and relax. During your stay you will have access to free parking, wireless internet, satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the fitness room. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the house has central heating. Small pets are welcome, and we can provide baby cots and high chairs on request.

My name is Gerald Victoriano, and I am a Dutchman with deep Spanish roots, or perhaps a Spaniard with a strong Dutch connection. From an early age I came to Rosamar to enjoy the enchanting bay. I cherished the opportunity to be active, whether it was snorkeling, running, canoeing, swimming, beach tennis or volleyball. But it wasn't until later, after completing my first triathlon, that I realized the full potential of this environment

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before the arrival date, the renter will receive a 100% refund.
If cancelled from 60 to 30 days before arrival, the tenant will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

The date of cancellation is the date on which the cancellation is received in writing by the landlord.

No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

We recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

Bed linen and towels €16 per person per stay
Tourist tax: €1.10 per person per day
Security deposit: €300,- This will be refunded 10 days after check-out date
Surcharge for energy €20 per day (free use of wood for the stove and central heating)

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Gerona is very much worth a visit. A real cycling town at the foot of the Pyrenees. Many pro teams have their base here. Furthermore, the city has a beautiful city wall, which has just been restored and is well worth walking over, an old center with nice boutiques and countless good restaurants and cozy (bicycle) bars.

Go for a nice walk and exercise in the area. And be surprised by the versatility that the Costa Brava has to offer. With medieval castles in Tossa de Mar and Llagostera. But also modern villages such as Playa de Aro with many nice shops and entertainment venues. Or to the port of Palamos where the most delicious shrimps in the world come from.
