The two largest bedrooms have a double bed (with single mattresses) and are adjacent to a spacious terrace. The two smaller bedrooms have two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms on the first floor. The first bathroom has a bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double washbasin. Downstairs is the spacious living / dining room, semi open kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate toilet. The living room and the kitchen both on the luxury terrace with swimming pool.
In the garden are several terraces facing south. Directly on the living kitchen adjoins the covered veranda with lounche couch and second dining table. An "outdoor kitchen / barbecue area next to the porch makes the holiday feeling complete. The luxurious pool is made in 'peanut shape "with overflow and strong zwemjet. A lower level of the garden there is a small boules court and table tennis. In the garden is a door to the adjacent Villa Esta Prima. This makes this holiday destination is perfect for two groups, each requiring the privacy of a private villa.
Ojo Azul is located on a square at the end of a cul de sac, absolutely sheltered car. Ideal playground for a game of football or basketball with the kids. As the villa lies on a mountain, there is altitude in and around the villa and at the pool. Supervision of young children is desirable.
The villa is located in the hills. The availability of a car is therefore recommended. Within 7 minutes drive from the villa to the nearest beach and supermarket. Playa d'Aro with its shopping and entertainment center is a 10-minute drive away. Also in the very vicinity to explore a variety of villages with authentic Spanish culture, restaurants and attractions such as St Feliu, Pals and Begur. From the villa you drive within an hour to the beautiful cities of Girona and Barcelona.
