Villa Luna is a non-smoking, spacious, comfortable, fresh and light detached holiday villa with plenty of space in and around the house. Equipped with mosquito nets (!), air conditioning, central heating and fireplace and sun shutters. Lots of privacy around your house! Sunny walled garden with various seating areas, sunbeds, parasols and barbecue. To keep it paradisiacally beautiful, we have to water all plants regularly. Swimming pool of 12x 6m! depth between 1 and 3 meters .... 110,000 liters of salt swimming water with springboard. Private free parking, TV and good WIFI.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, oven and microwave and utility room with washing machine and patio to dry laundry.
Located just outside the lively village of Sant Feliu de Guixols overlooking a valley with the famous umbrella pines. Just a 7-minute walk to the center with terraces and restaurants, boulevard and beach.
30 minutes by car from Girona airport, 70 minutes by car from Barcelona.
Sailing, golf, hiking, cycling, cycling and mountain biking, in short, all branches of sport are comfortably possible here due to the comfortable climate. Sant Feliu de Guixols is an old port town where the authentic atmosphere can still be tasted on every street corner, is centrally located and offers many opportunities for day trips. Fiqueras with the Dali museum or the football stadium Camp Nou in Barcelona are both about 1 hour by car.
There is an electric charging station just a 2-minute walk away, not in our own garden. It has been filled in at the facilities because it is so close.
Especially the months of May and September are very pleasant.
