This beautiful house is ideal for a nice holiday as a family or as a couple(s).
The house is wonderfully private on top of a hill so there is always a lovely breeze. And yet only 10 minutes from the center and the beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols with many restaurants and nice shops and a lovely beach with nice beach bars.
The house is accessed via an electric gate and a path to the garage. You can park in or in front of the garage and walk up the stairs through the garage to the 3 bedroom living area with the master en-suite having an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Next to this is the middle bedroom good for one person or two small children. And at the end is another bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with bathtub.
The large kitchen is equipped with all conveniences and amenities. The sitting/dining room has glass sliding doors on both sides, so that it blows through nicely during the hot summer days. There is also air conditioning if it gets really hot. There is a separate area for the TV with a nice sofa and on both sides there is a covered terrace. In front a terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and the sea and on the other side the terrace overlooking the garden and the large swimming pool.
The pool is a saltwater pool so better for the skin. There is a large terrace with sunbeds and a dining table.
Through the back of the garden there is a fence that leads to a nice walking path through nature.
A lovely house to stay with the family or just with friends in peace.
