Enjoy the calm simplicity of this central and quiet apartment. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood above the port harbour and has beautiful views around of the surrounding area, yet still only a short 5 minute stroll to the lively Sant Feliu de Guixols centre.

The apartment (55m2) has air conditioning and heating with 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 people, a bathroom, a spacious comfortable living/dining room with a flat screen TV and a kitchen that offers guests an oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. The large comfortable double bedroom can sleep 2 adults and the small bedroom up to 2 children/adults on a sofa bed. It boasts a large private south facing roof terrace solarium (55m2) that allows you to enjoy sunny carefree days, as you can lounge around on a comfortable 5 person terrace suite, 2 loungers and coffee table and use the large barbecue to dine ‘al fresco’. At night a chiminea can be lit to gently warm the patio.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.

The first floor apartment is located at the beginning of the coastal path ‘Camino de Ronda’ and it will allow you to take unforgettable coastal walks with stunning views and unique bike routes. Sant Feliu de Guixols has its own beach ‘Platja de Sant Feliu’, while Platja de Sant Pol is ~1km away. Stunning views and walks to Cala del Vigata and Cala de l’Ametller are a must. For climbing enthusiasts the Via Ferrata Cala Moli is a beautiful playground next to the surrounding cliffs and sea. In town there are bikes for hire and adventure/kayak and snorkeling rentals available. Skiing is only a few hours away in La Molina. Girona airport and train station is ~30km while Barcelona airport is ~1hour by car from Sant Feliu de Guixols.
