Beach Penthouse St. Feliu de Guixols

The evening sun turns over the very spacious terrace (128 m2) and sets in a beautiful orange glow in the mountains. All evening you can muse and look out over beautiful green forests, the ancient castle and the town of Sant Feliu de Guixols. It is wonderful to relax on the terrace and surprisingly quiet. The practical outdoor kitchen complete with water, gas and BBQ is located next to the dining table. A little further on is the lounge area. What a lovely place.

The beach is right next to the apartment complex. You cross the boulevard and street and you're there. Beach chairs and a parasol are in the storage room. There are cozy beach bars and a little further down the boulevard a nice little fair for the children and a playground. The large village of Sant Feliu de Guixols feels like a warm coat, with beautiful old apartments with a small supermarket around the corner, the fishmonger, cheesemonger, butcher and greengrocer, many cozy restaurants, shops and the market square. Everything within walking distance. Not a standard tourist village, but authentic Spanish with cozy old streets.

The apartment has a central living room / kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove with 2 induction plates and 1 electric hot plate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. The devices are all easy to operate. There is plenty of crockery in the cupboards.
The living room also has a television, music system and air conditioning. You can easily reach the large penthouse terrace through the patio doors.
The apartment is very practically arranged. The 5 bedrooms all have their own closets. There is one bedroom with a double bed of (1.60 - 2.00) and 2 bedrooms with a double bed of (1.40 - 2:00). There are 2 bedrooms with a single bed. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, the third bathroom is centrally located between the other rooms. Maximum number of people that will be admitted is 6 pers.

All bedrooms have their own shutters so that you can make the room wonderfully dark. The well-functioning and pleasant central air conditioning can cool the bedrooms as desired.

The apartment has its own parking space under the market square. Nice and cool and handy in the busy summer time.
