With cities and their airports within easy reach: Barcelona at one hour and Girona at twenty minutes. With amenities in Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d'Aro which can be reached within ten minutes. Beautiful green hinterland and even a day of skiing or hiking in the Pyrenees (two hours).
Enjoy the sea in the most beautiful place of the Costa Brava, in the exclusive Residence Velas located between the bay of Sant Pol in S'Agaro and the marina of Sant Feliu de Guixols. In front of the complex is the camino ronda, the walking route along the coast with the hidden cove of Cala Ametller, where you can snorkel even in August in a quiet environment.
In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful bays (Cala Ammetller 250 m via fairly steep steps, Cala Maset 300 m), sandy beach (Platja Sant Pol 1 km, 1.5 km Sant Feliu and Sa Conca 3 km), hiking trails and cycling routes.
There are several golf courses (Golf Club Costa Brava, Mas Nou, PGA Golf d'Catalunya), marinas, sailing and water sports locations, the most delicious gastronomic and authentic Spanish restaurants, the most interesting towns to visit and walking and shopping.
Residence Velas has beautifully landscaped gardens, terraces and swimming pools. The complex faces south and has sun all day. The luxurious ground floor apartment has a shaded veranda and a private terrace with views of the bay and the sea. It borders the collective garden and leaves no barriers for a refreshing dip in the pool.

Inside you will find a living room with open kitchen, dining table and sitting area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, combination microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.
The two bedrooms have box-spring beds of 2.10 m long. Adjacent are two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom has a folding bed and a desk and can serve as an office or sleeping place for a fifth person. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
The house has WI-FI fiber optic internet and the HD TV has a satellite connection with a wide choice of channels. A washing machine and dryer are not missing.
The apartment is ideal for a week or a longer period, both in high season and in low season. There is plenty to do in a pleasant climate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, without the scorching heat of southern or central Spain. The shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are open all year round. Although it can be busy in high season due to its coastal location once you are inside the complex you enjoy tranquility.
Residence Velas is easily accessible by plane and by car. The distance from Utrecht is 1,450 km (1,300 km from Brussels, 1,270 km from Frankfurt, 900 km from London, 975 km from Paris, 921 km from Milan). Also in winter the climate, although a bit more varied, is very pleasant. In the period September to April we also recommend a long weekend (minimum 3 nights). This house has been completely renovated and refurbished.
