In Platja d'aro on the Spanish Costa Brava our apartment is located in a quiet area of the village, the apartment is located slightly higher so you also have a nice view from the balcony.
The apartment has a spacious balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Of course there is wifi in the apartment:)
Right at the bottom of the hill you will find a beautiful bay with a lovely beach where Maria and Jose spoil their guests, they serve the tastiest sangria in all of Spain!
Platja d'aro lives 365 days a year, as they say themselves, and many Spaniards have a second home there. This means that there is always something to do!
If you have small children, the large beach is ideal, here the children can build endless sandcastles, there is a wide boulevard adjacent to it where you can stroll and of course there is no shortage of terraces.
If you have older children who want to discover the nightlife, Platja has a wide range of pubs and discotheques.
In addition, if you drive into the village towards the apartment, you will find a large nice aqua park!
Nowadays there are also cycle paths everywhere so that you can safely cycle to the adjacent Sant Antoni or adjacent Palamos, for example.
If you like sports, there are several padel courts in the area that can be rented by the hour.
If you want to go out, there are many nice Spanish places in the area such as Sant Feliu, Palamos, Palafrugel or (Old) Pals where you will find plenty of terraces to have a drink, enjoy tapas or an extensive dinner.
In the apartment you will find various tips for restaurants that are definitely worth visiting.
Barcelona is a 1-hour drive away and Girona airport is 25 minutes away.
But you can also enjoy a drink, a good book or good company at home on the balcony and look out over the village.
