From the terrace near the living room you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Medes Islands. By car you can reach the wide and therefore quiet sandy beach of Pals in just a few minutes. The beautiful golf courses of Pals are also very close!
The living-dining room is very spacious and equipped with a fireplace and TV with Dutch satellite reception. Because the owner has children of his own, this house is very suitable for a stay with children.
The modern new kitchen is fully equipped. You have a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle and a fridge / freezer. In the utility room there is also the washing machine and dryer, plus an extra refrigerator.
The three bedrooms are suitable for 2 people each, one of which is particularly suitable for children. Two of the three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The beautiful modern bathroom has a double sink, shower and a toilet.
At your pool you have complete privacy and you have four sunbeds. The swimming pool is equipped with a Romanesque staircase, which makes it easier for children to enter. One floor up, at the level of the main house, you have a large terrace that is partly covered and equipped with a dining table, chairs and a barbecue. You also have a piece of garden behind the house.
