This very pretty old mill house has been sympathetically restored. It is situated just outside (about 1km) of the medieval village of Pals. The long sandy Pals beach is approx. 5 km.

The restoration has been thoughtfully done by mixing modern living needs and keeping the character and style of the old mill.

There is a large walled garden area with covered terrace and some shady trees, giving a quiet and peaceful location for a relaxing holiday.

There is a restaurant within walking distance and the village of Pals offers some local shops, several restaurants and a weekly street market

This delightful property is a short walk into the village of Pals and is a great property all year round. The large garden has trees for shade, open space for playing in and is completely walled in.

There are two entrances, we suggest using the garden entrance. This leads to the combined dining and living room, which has a wood burning fire, a beautiful stone arch and a shower room at the far end.

The pretty entrance hall leads to a country style kitchen with small table and chairs, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine, toilette with shower room, an arch lead to the spacious sitting and dining room with doors leading the walled garden and terrace area.

Upstairs there is a large landing area with 2 sofa beds and lovely views, 1 shower room, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 single (plus an extra bed if needed) beds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation 

We do strongly advise you to insure yourself against cancellation. In certain circumstances it can reduce your cancellation costs considerably. If you wish to cancel your holiday in whole or in part after your booking has been confirmed you should inform us in writing as soon as possible. If you do cancel we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on the following scale:

Amount of notice you give us:

  • Over 43 Days cancellation fee (as a % of total): Deposit Only
  • Between 42-29 cancellation fee (as a % of total): 60%
  • Between 28-15 cancellation fee (as a % of total): 85%
  • 14 days or less cancellation fee (as a % of total): 100%
  • No refunds are made by us for cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of departure.
