The accommodation consists of:
Balcony leading to the entrance area, open plan sitting and kitchen area with table. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave etc and over looks the pool area. . There are three bedrooms to the left of the sitting room area and two shower rooms. Of these three bedrooms, one has an en-suite shower room, all have large double beds and there is a further shower room which has access from the pool area (ideal for a quick toilet break). To the right side of the kitchen there is a small bunk bedroom, a large bathroom and a further double bedroom up a flight of stairs.
Behind the kitchen is a sun room with access to the pool and terrace via large sliding doors. The pool has walk in steps. The terrace surrounds the pool. There is further garden and terraces around the villa on various levels giving plenty of space to spread out and to seek out sun or shade. There is off street parking as well as easy parking on the street.
