End of terrace, corner, house over looking the communal pool (shared with 3 other houses). It is stylishly furnished and well equipped. The beach of Tamariu, with its choice of small shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is approx. 800m. There is a parking space in Tamariu village included in the rental price. There is also parking in the front garden of the property and additional street parking if needed.
The villa is "upside down" so the sleeping accommodation is on the upper level and the living area is the lower level.
There is a private garden on the lower level with several different areas to enjoy the sun (or shade) as well as a fabulous chill out area. There is access to the communal pool from the private garden. This pool is shared with just 3 other houses (only 1 other is rented).

There is parking available in the front garden of the property. Entrance to the upper (street level), Master bedroom with en/suite bathroom, a further double bedroom, and bedroom with a sofa bed suitable, family bathroom, staircase leading to lower level.
Large open sitting and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, American style fridge, microwave etc, guest WC, store room, TV, WIFI and doors leading to the terrace and garden area.
The terrace has comfortable seating with sun umbrella and shade, a large area covered by grass and a wooden decked chill out area which has additional seating and eating area, plus a small area that can be used as a bar. The garden offers plenty of sun and shade during most of the day. There is a small gate that leads to the communal pool and garden area.
Store area with washing machine.
There is also a parking space (for one car) in the village itself which is very helpful for trips to the shops or to the beach if you do not want to walk.
