The apartments are very spacious and well designed making full use of the available space. Having doors both at the front and back allows plenty of breeze to flow through out keeping it much cooler than a property on street level. There are large shutters on the balcony doors that also stop the sun coming in during the hotter part of the day which also assists in keeping the temperature at a pleasant level.
