The house has 4 spacious 2-person bedrooms and also has a wide sofa bed and a cot. This allows you to welcome up to a maximum of 10 people, which will still be comfortable with the spacious layout of the house and the multiple terraces around the house!
From 2023, the house has been modernized, including the furniture has been largely renewed, the pool has been equipped with new fresh tiling and lighting. After the summer of 2023, the patio terrace was renewed, the exterior was completely painted and (by means of a path with steps) direct access was made from the patio to the lower terrace and the swimming pool. In the storage room under the house there is a mini gym with multistation, smartbike, fridge and facilities for the lower terrace and by the pool. The beds are equipped with lovely new toppers.
The picturesque Tossa de Mar and the center of Girona can both be reached within 30 minutes, in addition, you are in Barcelona within 1 hour. Villa Mas Paz has a lovely private swimming pool of 36m2 with a terrace equipped with sun loungers and lounge set all overlooking the beautiful hills, behind the house is a lovely patio terrace with barbecue. The rock walls all around make this a wonderful place to enjoy the long sultry Spanish evenings.
The house itself is on the ground floor with a wonderfully spacious living room with lots of light, a large dining table and a nice sitting area with smart TV, sofa bed and sliding doors to the balcony. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven and hob with extractor hood. In addition, the coffee maker, the Nespresso machine, the kettle and toaster should not be missing. The kitchen gives access to the patio terrace with rock wall at the rear of the house. The hall gives access to 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a double bed and the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The 2nd bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.

- The house has its own driveway where 2 cars can be parked.
- In addition, there is ample parking in the street in front of the house.
- Due to its location above street level, the pool area is a wonderful place with privacy.
