Villa Mas Paz is a spacious and comfortable holiday villa with a large private pool, several terraces and lots of privacy, located in the green hills of Mas Altaba near Maçanet de la Selva. A nice place for families or two families who want to enjoy the Costa Brava together, with plenty of space to be together and to retreat for a while.
Around the villa, outdoor living plays a major role. The private swimming pool of approximately 36 m² is located on a sunny terrace with sun loungers and a lounge set. Due to the elevated location in relation to the street, you can enjoy a lot of privacy here and look out over the surrounding hills. At the rear of the house is an attractive patio terrace with barbecue. The natural rock wall surrounding this terrace creates a sheltered and special atmosphere and makes it a wonderful place for long summer evenings.
The villa is almost entirely on one level and has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and sink. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for one extra guest and a cot is available. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and is most comfortable for a party of up to 8 people.
The bright living room has a spacious sitting area, Smart TV, large dining table and sliding doors to the balcony. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven, hob, microwave with grill, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen you walk directly onto the patio terrace.
Villa Mas Paz is located in a quiet residential area, yet central to many popular places on the Costa Brava. The beaches of Blanes and Lloret de Mar and Girona airport are about a 20-minute drive away. Tossa de Mar and the center of Girona can be reached within about 30 minutes and Barcelona is also easily accessible for a day trip.
In Mas Altaba itself there is a sports park with padel courts, a tennis court, table tennis table, jeu-de-boules court and a playground. As a result, there is also plenty to do close to the villa.
The villa has its own driveway with parking at the house. In addition, there is ample parking in the street. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our local host Alexander, who is also the point of contact on site during your stay.
Villa Mas Paz is mainly a place for guests who value peace, space and privacy, with the big plus being the spacious private swimming pool. At the same time, you will be staying a short distance from beaches, cozy coastal towns and Girona, making relaxing at the villa and going out easy to combine.
