You will stay in a beautiful completely renovated villa (Maravilla) with
really all the trimmings. And all that very
Fully and fully equipped for up to 8 people.
Due to the layout, it is also very suitable for 2 families.

Classification:
Kitchen fully equipped with large induction hob, oven and
microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and various other
equipment. Living room with Dutch TV channels and Wifi (1000MB) throughout the
house, cozy, beautiful and very fully furnished with sliding doors with direct
view of the beautiful swimming pool. Separate laundry (washer/dryer) and
drying room, large garage, GAME ROOM with various games such as ice hockey
table, pool and table tennis table etc.. There is also a large TV for video and games.
A total of 4 bedrooms of course also with new box springs, 2
bathrooms/toilet. Air conditioning where necessary!
Nice swimming pool, very large terrace with barbecue
and sunbeds. You will really lack nothing. Villa Maravilla
is located in the village, Macanet de la Selva. The village is particularly favorable
situated. From "Your home" you are very close to everything. For example, the
beaches and the airport/city of Girona can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes
and the centre of Barcelona within 45 minutes. It is wonderful when you can see the
has sought out crowds to come home very privately. Villa

We Lenny and Gerard van der Kolk live in a beautiful masia, just outside the village of Macanet de la Selva. We have been living there for 12 years now. The beautiful Costa Brava beaches, the beautiful nature and cities such as Gerona and Barcelona, the Pyrenees are close by. For us an oasis of peace when you come back from the cozy bustle. The villa Maravilla that we rent is also in our Spanish village, only 3 minutes away from us.

Total max. 8 people + baby. Villa Maravilla is fully furnished (also for a baby!) and there are no extra costs. Maintenance of the pool and garden included.

Additional information

Everything close: lots of beautiful beaches with watersports, culture, mountaineering, cities such as Girona and Barcelona. But also go inland, then one experiences a completely different Spain. There is actually much to do that is hard to describe. If you have specific questions, we will be pleased to answer directly.
So basically everything, sun sea, beaches, cities, culture, amusement and water parks, forests, mountains, nightlife etc.
Also reach Girona Airport within 15 to 20 minutes.

There is so very much more to do in this environment

Golf courses are planty nearby. Even the no.1 of Spain PGA Catalunya is within 15/20 minutes

Girona is a lovely friendly town with quaint little streets and squares.

From the cable car you get a wonderful overview of Barcelona.

Still the magnificent Cathedral of designer Gaudi not complete!

On the Rambla in Barcelona daily affects a lot of Artists.

Port Aventura is located south of Barcelona. It is a very big park where you can also find the highest roller coaster in Europe.

In Palafols is a large water park and where also several daily dolphin shows.

Figueras is the main museum of the artist Salvador Dali exentreike

Spanje kent heel veel soorten cava's. Dat is te vergelijken met de franse Champagnes maar mag niet zo heten, daarom noemen de Spanjaarden het Cava. Heerlijk drankje en zeer betaalbaar.
