This comfortable holiday home on the Costa Brava is located between Girona and Lloret de Mar in the municipality of Maçanet de la Selva urbanization Montbarbat.
The house can accommodate 1 to 6 people and is equipped with many comforts. It is centrally located between Girona (and Girona airport) and the coastal towns of Blanes, Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. It is also located near the highway between France and Barcelona. It is therefore the ideal base for your holidays in the beautiful provinces of Girona and Barcelona where you can enjoy the good life of Catalonia.
The very spacious house (135M²) has a living room, bathroom, kitchen and three bedrooms (each with a double bed), garden, veranda and a terrace.
The living room has air conditioning and all bedrooms are equipped with fans.
Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed by the host, there is also a welcome pack, bottled water and a bottle of Catalan wine (red, rosé or white of your choice). If you don't drink wine, you can always choose soft drinks or extra bottles of water.
You can park for free in front of the door.
You can use the large swimming pool in the village for free, which is 200 meters away from the house. There is always a lifeguard present. Times: 11:00 - 15:00 and 16:00 - 20:00. The swimming pool is open until Sunday 13 September.
Montbarbat Hill is a 328-meter-high mountain in the La Selva region. Montbarbat is located in the area of the Tres Termes, the point where the municipalities of Maçanet de la Selva, Lloret de Mar and Tordera meet. On the northeast slope there is an ancient archaeological site. There are many hiking opportunities in the vicinity of Montbarbat.
