The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 5.3 km away and the nearest beach is 3.8 km. NOTE: Age minimum is 28 years. No groups of young people allowed!

The space
This villa is ideal for a wonderful family holiday. With a lovely private pool, a comfortable sun lounger for everyone, a BBQ and last but not least; AMAZING SEAVIEW!

Upon entering, you enter the lower floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with one of the bedrooms.

The bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a 1.80x2.00 bed, the other bedrooms a 1.60x2.00 bed.

The house has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped;  Nespresso coffee machine with frother, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room in which you will also find dining areas.

From the living room you can walk through the sliding doors towards the beautiful sea view. The entire floor has . So very pleasant in summer as well as in winter.

At the entrance through the front door there is a door - on the right - to the upper floor, where the fourth bedroom with private bathroom is located. This bedroom also has a balcony with that beautiful sea view! This room is equipped with a mobile air conditioning and fan.

All windows are equipped with blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.

In addition to a nice swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower and sunbeds with nice soft cushions and plenty of umbrellas. A table on the veranda at the front of the house. At the rear of the house is another table in the shade with BBQ facilities.

The pool is maintained during your stay so that it is always in perfect condition. The pool is equipped with a salt water system and is semi-fenced. This means that your children cannot reach the pool without opening the door to it. 

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome!

Guest access
This villa is located at the end of the street with plenty of free parking. There is a beautiful walkway with sea views right on this street. The villa is located in the Serra Brava area. About 800 meters away there is a small supermarket where you can get fresh bread in the morning with a nice morning walk. Open only in high season (from June to mid-September).

Personal welcome
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by Lynn or one of her colleagues (team Holiday Hosts Costa Brava). You will have an extensive tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. Also during your stay, the team of Holiday Hosts Costa Brava is available for all your questions. You will also be provided with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and the best restaurants

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid together with the cleaning costs and deposit CASH on arrival, see 'additional costs'.
