The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 5.3 km and the nearest beach is 3.8 km. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum age is 25 years. No groups of young people allowed!

The space
This villa is ideal for a wonderful family holiday. With a lovely private swimming pool, a comfortable sun lounger for everyone, a BBQ and not to forget; AMAZING SEAVIEW!

Upon entering you enter the ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to one of the bedrooms.
The bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a 1.80x2.00 bed, the other bedrooms have a 1.60x2.00 bed and 1x a 1.40x2.00 bed.

The house has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped; Nespresso coffee maker with frother, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room where you will also find a dining area.
From the living room you can walk through the sliding doors to the beautiful sea view. The entire floor has climate control . So very pleasant in both summer and winter.

At the entrance through the front door there is a door - on the right - to the top floor, where the fourth bedroom is located with its own bathroom. This bedroom also has a balcony with that beautiful sea view! This room does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with a fan.

All windows have blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.

In addition to a nice swimming pool, there is an outdoor shower and sun beds with nice soft cushions and plenty of parasols. A table on the veranda at the front of the house. At the rear of the house there is another table in the shade with BBQ facilities.

Guest access
This villa is located at the end of the street with ample free parking. There is a beautiful walking path with sea views directly on this street. The villa is located in the Serra Brava district. There is a small supermarket approximately 800 meters away where you can get fresh bread during a nice morning walk. Only open in high season (from June to the end of August).

Personal reception
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn. She will give you a tour of the house and will be available for questions during your stay. She will also provide you with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants. In addition, she is available for all your questions during your stay!

We are obliged to collect tourist tax of € 1.10 per person per night upon arrival (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights).

Only available in high season;
Minimum stay of 7 nights. You can always consult, send us a message;
No fixed arrival days;
We do not rent to groups of young people; Minimum age 28 years!!
Deposit of 50% upon booking;
Your four-legged friend is also welcome!

MANDATORY ON ARRIVAL IN CASH

We use a DEPOSIT of € 300.00;
You must also pay TOURIST TAX on arrival, see additional costs;
The FINAL CLEANING at € 175.00 and bed linen (total amount depends on the number of people).
