The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 5.8 km away and the nearest beach is 3.0 km (Cala Canyelles). The villa is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac (local traffic only) with free parking.

The house is located in the Serra Brava neighborhood. There is a small supermarket about 500 metres away where you can take a nice morning walk to get fresh bread in the morning. Open only in high season (from June to mid-September)

Villa Lovely Breeze is ideal for a wonderful family holiday. With a lovely private pool, nice sun loungers, a beautiful sea view and various seating areas including an outdoor bar with BBQ.

When you drive into the street and approach the villa, you immediately have that WOW effect. The villa is beautifully stretched out against the mountain and well maintained. Lovely Breeze is built above street level and so stairs are unavoidable and this villa is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. Thanks to its location, you have a beautiful sea view from every bedroom, bathroom, terraces and balcony!

If you enter the stairs from the street, you will come to the first plateau outside; the sitting area with lounge set and outdoor bar. The outdoor bar has a table-top refrigerator, a sink and a BBQ. A wonderful place for the warm summer evenings.

At almost the same height you will find the swimming pool on the other side with that beautiful view. In addition to the swimming pool with relaxed lounge chairs, you will also find a dining table and relax lounge chair. There is a large parasol available for the hot summer days and above the dining table there is an electric awning. During your stay, the swimming pool is maintained so that it is always in perfect condition.

From the first plateau you reach the luxurious entrance of the house via a small staircase. Except for a small staircase to the bedrooms, everything is on the ground floor in Villa Lovely Breeze which is very pleasant to stay. Upon entering you enter the spacious hall where you will find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on your left. Two of the three bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed offers space for two people. Both bathrooms have a bath, a shower (in bath) and a toilet. There is a washing machine available for your use in one of the bathrooms and on arrival you will be provided with bath towels (1x large and 1x small).

At the rear of the house is an extra terrace where it is especially nice to stay in the warm Spanish summers.

Through the hallway at the entrance of the house you reach the living room and kitchen. The cozy living room has a sitting area with sofa, SMART TV with all the channels you want and a dining table with plenty of seating for your family.

From the living room you walk to the spacious kitchen. This is fully equipped; Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen and living room are adjacent to a spacious balcony which you can enter through both the kitchen and the living room through the large sliding doors. Again, a nice seating area has been created to enjoy the beautiful view.

There is central air conditioning available in the house which provides cooling in all rooms.

Your pet is welcome in consultation under the conditions that it does not use the furniture or cause other nuisance. Please mention this in your reservation request. We charge € 50 per stay for the extra cleaning costs.

Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or one of her colleagues. She will give you a tour of the house and be available for questions via the Whatsapp Business service during your stay. She will also provide you with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants.

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (to be paid in cash, from 17 years, with a maximum of 7 nights).
