Villa le Paradis - the name absolutely lives up to the name, this newly built modern villa is the destination for a wonderful family holiday! Relax by the private pool with an unparalleled panoramic view of the sea.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet in terms of car traffic. Unfortunately, the stairs to the entrance cannot be avoided, making the villa unsuitable for disabled people.

Upon arrival you will see that the property is closed with an electric gate. You will receive the remote control for easy operation. The driveway offers space for 3 small cars or 2 large cars. If necessary, you can also park in the street for free.

If you enter the driveway from the street, you will then find the stairs to the villa through which you reach the front door. TIP: First look back; The view is amazing!
You can either walk left to the swimming pool through the front door, but for this virtual tour we first open the front door to the living area. The living room features a large comfortable leather sofa, a desk with chair specifically set up as a workplace and a television that you can connect to your mobile phone for streaming your own services. Strong point: the living room is located on the level of the terrace with swimming pool which allows you to take a refreshing bath directly from the living room and then relax on one of the sun loungers.
You will also find the large dining table in the living room with enough seating for your entire group. The kitchen is involved in the living room, so while cooking you always have contact with the guests present. From the entire living room and kitchen you have that amazing and relaxing sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster etc.

On the left side of the kitchen is the hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The three bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, bedside tables and that breathtaking sea view! All bedrooms are also equipped with electric blinds for optimal sleeping comfort. You will find two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the third bedroom. All equipped with a toilet, sink and spacious shower.

Via the stairs next to the kitchen you can reach the upper floor where bedroom four with bathroom en suite is located. When you reach the bedroom, you will immediately be enchanted by the beautiful sea view. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), television and a small desk. Through the sliding doors you reach the immense terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility with a view of the sea. You will also see an adjacent garden with grass. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a private bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. This bedroom is also equipped with electric blinds for optimal sleeping comfort.

During your stay, the swimming pool is maintained so that it is always in perfect condition.

Amenities such as an ironing board, iron and drying rack are provided. On arrival you will be provided with a towel set. Pool towels are available on request, as well as an extra cleaning during your stay.

The villa has a central air conditioning system that regulates the temperature in all rooms - you will receive a detailed explanation upon arrival.

Your welcome
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or one of her colleagues. You will have an extensive tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. During your stay, Lynn is available for all your questions. She will also provide you with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and the best restaurants. We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights).
