THE SPACE
A path will guide you to the garage, where you can comfortably park two vehicles. From here, you have two options to access the house: via an internal staircase from the garage or through the main entrance, up the external steps that lead inside.
The villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upon entering, a welcoming hall welcomes you, giving way to a spectacular double-level living room with a beautiful stone fireplace. Its large windows flood the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the sea. From here, you have direct access to a wonderful terrace that joins the garden.
Next to the living room, a dining room with an elongated table to share unforgettable meals with family or friends – This space connects directly to the kitchen, where the functional design and original details create a warm and practical atmosphere.
From here, you can access both the dining room and the terrace, which in turn takes you to the pool. In addition, on this same floor you will find a laundry room and a guest toilet for greater comfort.
Going up the stairs we reach the rest area. Here you will find six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are double, spacious and bright, while the other two are designed for the little ones or for those looking for a more intimate atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms are suite-style, offering even more privacy and exclusivity.
All rooms have direct access to a large terrace that surrounds the upper floor, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and Lloret de Mar. Imagine waking up every morning with the sea breeze and the beauty of the surroundings as the first image of the day.

Upon arrival, you will be personally greeted by our hostess Aroa or one of her companions. You will be given a complete tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. At the time of your stay, Aroa is available for all your questions. It will also provide you with an e-book with various tips on the best beaches and restaurants.
It will also be necessary to scan at the time of arrival the personal document such as (ID or Passport) and sign the rental contract .
