This charming property is in a quiet location and is perfect for those who want to enjoy relaxation, privacy and a nice Mediterranean atmosphere. The house offers peace, sun and a wonderful outdoor experience thanks to the attractive décor and the private swimming pool.

Upon arrival you enter a warm and stylishly furnished house where the light and cozy Mediterranean atmosphere immediately catches the eye. The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice sitting area and dining table for the entire group. Through French doors you can enter the spacious balcony and enjoy the enriching view over Lloret de Mar. The living room has a SMART TV with your favorite streaming services and a portable music box.

The kitchen, equipped with the authentic retro style, is fully equipped. Think of a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, sandwich maker, toaster and basic facilities such as pepper, salt and olive oil. Through the kitchen window you have a view of the swimming pool and the cozy lounge area.

The property features three bedrooms for up to 6 people, each with a quiet and attractive décor that perfectly matches the Mediterranean style. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.40x2.00), bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x2.00) and the third bedroom has a double bed (1.60x2.00). All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.

The house is fully focused on comfort and convenience for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. In addition, all practical amenities such as an ironing board, iron and drying rack are available. Are you missing something? Then we are happy to take care of that!

The outdoor space is one of the absolute pluses of this property. The private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip on hot days, while the sunbeds and cozy seating area provide ultimate relaxation. Here you can enjoy the sun, a good book or a pleasant evening with your travel group in peace. During your stay, the pool is maintained by a professional company, so that it is always in perfect condition.

Via the stairs in the garden, to the left of the pool, you reach the part of the garden that is located one level lower (backyard). Here you will find a small sitting area to enjoy the evening sun and a long dining table with adjacent BBQ (charcoal). Also from this side you can also walk through to the adjacent private parking lot, which offers space for several cars. This parking lot can also be reached from the swimming pool and is securely locked.

Upon arrival you will receive a towel package (1 large, 1 small towel and a pool towel per person). Bath mats and guest towels are also provided. Additional cleaning or laundry service is possible on request.

Unfortunately, pets are not welcome at Casa Sonrisa.

Casa Sonrisa is located in the quiet residential area of Lloret Blau and is easily accessible by bus, taxi or car. For the best travel convenience, we recommend traveling by car.

Other things to note
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Aroa, Lynn or one of their colleagues. You will have a tour of the house, providing all the information you need for a pleasant stay.

During your stay, they will be at your disposal to answer all your questions. In addition, you will receive an e-book with tips on the most beautiful beaches and the best restaurants in the area.

We are obliged to charge tourist tax on arrival. This is €1.75 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). We also ask you to have your ID scanned upon arrival, as we are legally obliged to pass this information on to the competent authorities.
