Then book Casarulin, our lovely holiday home for up to 6 people with complete privacy. Green location on the 'Condado del Jaruco', in the hills of Lloret de Mar, a 5-minute drive to the beach. Barcelona is an hour away. Just 25 minutes away is the airport of the Costa Brava and the beautiful city of Girona. You can easily charge your electric car at the Esser Gas Station 900 meters from Casarulin (opposite the Aldi)
Parking is available on site with 2 cars. In the closed garage there is enough space for bicycles, motorcycles or a trailer. Several supermarkets are nearby. The nearest beach and the center of Lloret are 2 kilometers away. In short, the benefits, not the burdens.
Casarulin is officially registered as a holiday home under registration number as can be seen in the profile. Casarulin does not rent to groups of young people and groups of the same sex.
The house has a lovely large balcony where you have a beautiful view from the hills over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Great for breakfast, but also to drink a good glass of wine in the evening, to dream away, or to read a nice book.
Next to the house is a private swimming pool of 6x3.5 meters. The beautiful, cascading sun terrace features six sun loungers.
The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped, such as a large Smart TV (including apps for Netflix and Youtube), Dutch TV channels, Bluray player and WiFi. You don't do the dishes yourself, you leave that to the dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms and the living room have independent air conditioning (cold and hot).
We have also thought of the little ones: there are plenty of games and toys.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. For a baby (up to 18 months) a camping bed, high chair, bath and changing mat are available at no extra cost.
You enter the house on the ground floor. Here are the living room, the kitchen (both with access to the spacious balcony), a double bedroom and a smaller bathroom with shower. You can go down via a staircase in the hall. There you will find the two remaining bedrooms and the larger bathroom. You also have access to the garage and the washing machine.
The swimming pool is basically closed from the end of October to the end of April.
