This villa is ideal for two families, for example, as there are several separate areas where you can retreat. The house consists of two floors of which the owners live on the top floor and the two downstairs spaces are for you. There is a lovely swimming pool with lounge beds for everyone and several cozy places to sit in both the shade and the sun.

If you take the stairs from outside, you will reach room number one; the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and there are 3 bedrooms; one with two single beds, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed. For any additional 2 people, the red sofa bed in the sitting area is suitable.
The apartment has undergone a partial renovation and has a beautiful new bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. There is also a split air conditioning installed that cools in the summer and heats in the winter.

The second separate room on the ground floor is the exceptionally cozy cottage in the atmosphere of a cottage. This room has a nice living area with a large dining table, new kitchen, two sofas, a television and games cabinet and also here a beautiful large new bathroom with a lovely rain shower. In winter, this room is heated by means of a pellet stove. 

Adjacent to the cottage is a nice terrace where you can relax in the shade in the warm summer time in the luxurious lounge chair or at the table.

The house is equipped with free WIFI and Internet TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Age minimum is 25 years. No groups of young people allowed!!

The house is located in the district of Lloret de la Creu, 6.5km from the center of Lloret de Mar. There is free parking in front of the door. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

Personal welcome
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by Lynn or one of her colleagues (team Holiday Hosts Costa Brava). You will have an extensive tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. At the time of your stay, the team of Holiday Hosts Costa Brava is available for all your questions. You will also be provided with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and the best restaurants

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid together with the cleaning costs and deposit CASH on arrival, see 'additional costs'.
