With a fenced and well-kept  garden of 2,500 m2, a swimming pool of 8 x 4, several terraces, lounge area, BBQ with cooking area, lots of privacy and a living area of 300 m2, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

There are 4  double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, sunny conservatory-living room with 65 inch TV, a covered terrace with  dining table and lounge area from where you can comfortably keep an eye on the children by the private pool.

The beach (including Platja d'Aro) is a 15-minute drive away, as is the historic city of Girona. Barcelona is less than an hour's drive away.

Within walking distance there is a traditional Catalan restaurant,  you also have all amenities and nice outlet shops in the village of Llagostera at 2 km.

Please note: This delicate villa is rented exclusively to families, it is not suitable for groups or young people.  We also ask you  to respect the neighborhood by not making any noise in the evening. We trust that the house will be left in the same condition as it  is offered on arrival. More than 8 people are not allowed.
