The combination of sun, sea, beach, nature and opportunities for excursions is what appeals to us so much about the area. We have now followed our dream and live with our son on the Torre Vella urbanization in L'Estartit.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the holiday home on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 35% of the rent remains owed to the landlord. If the tenant announces 8 weeks before the start date or later that he will not (or no longer) use the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent. Rents already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the agreement. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
