Visiting the Costa Brava with family or friends? Palacio is a detached villa located in L'Estartit, on the quiet urbanization Torre Vella. With a large private swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters, plenty of space and a beautiful view of the surroundings, the sea and the Medes Islands.
Here the day starts with coffee in the sun. Then a dip in the pool, a book on a lounger or think about whether you are going to the beach today. Nothing is mandatory. Also tasty.
Space to be together
Palacio is a nice house for a holiday with family or friends. With a spacious living room, a kitchen where you can cook together and plenty of space to sit at the table. Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
But chances are that you can mainly be found outside. By the pool, on the terrace or just enjoying the view. And in the evening we sit outside for a while, while someone suggests opening a bottle.
Quiet location, but everything close by
Palacio is located on Torre Vella, just outside L'Estartit. A quiet, green setting at the foot of the Montgrí mountains. The beach, harbour, restaurants and supermarkets are a short drive away.
Feel like going out? Discover the beautiful bays of the Costa Brava, take a boat trip to the Medes Islands or visit the charming towns in the area. Girona, Cadaqués and the Dalí Museum in Figueres are also nice destinations for a day trip.
And would you rather stay by the pool all day? Quite right.
Good to know
At the moment, Palacio is undergoing major renovations. We are renovating the interior, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The photos of the interior are therefore not yet photos of the end result, but atmospheric impressions designed by RR Interior. This will give you a good idea of what it will be like.
If everything goes according to plan, we will welcome our first guests in the renovated house from May 2027. As soon as the renovation is finished, we will of course replace the impressions with real photos.
