The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom and an open kitchen. It has a terrace at the front and a balcony at the back and also a small garden. The swimming pool is at the back of the house and is only for SolRic guests. The beach and the sea are about 3 km from the house by car. The supermarket and restaurant are nearby. In the surrounding area, the Medes Islands are a paradise for divers.

15 minutes from the house Playa de Pals 18 holes, Serra de Pals 18 holes, Emporda 36 holes and for the small round Pitch & Put 18 holes. This is located directly on the edge of Torroella de Mongri.
