The house is located high on the mountain on the edge of a great nature reserve with a beautiful view over the valley and the medieval town of Pals. And just 5 minutes by car you will find the wide sandy beach, the diver's paradise of the Medes Islands and the center of l'Estartit.
There are several types of houses in the "Urbanization" Torre Vella. Our villa, "Casa de Mama", is one of them and has a beautiful tiled terrace under the beautiful palm and olive tree in the spacious private garden of 550m2 . Sun loungers with cushions are available. Around the private pool is a second tiled terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Adjacent to the living room is a covered south-facing terrace, equipped with fireplace/BBQ, table and chairs with cushions for 8 people. The house has a living room, closed fitted kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (3 of which we rent out), 2 spacious bathrooms with walk-in shower and sink. The whole house has central heating which allows comfortable stay in the winter period.
The villa is fully equipped including:
