Villa Sa Cova is a wonderful holiday home located on the quiet urbanization of Mas Palli, 5 minutes by car from the sea! The villa adjacent to the forest, with a fantastic view of the mountains, offers a lot of privacy and completes the holiday feeling!
The holiday home is located on a plot of 975 m2 and has its own swimming pool. The swimming pool can be heated at a price of € 100 per week. The driveway offers ample parking and can be closed completely. The entire house can be closed with shutters and there is an alarm system for safety.
The house has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 adults. A camp bed and separate mattress are available for free use. Bedroom 1 has a sofa bed which can be used for 1 extra adult.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a new 2 person box spring bed 180x200 cm with fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has already been renovated. The room has a view of the mature palm trees in the front garden. The bedroom has air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has 2 separate beds 90 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a new 2 person box spring bed 180x200 cm and fitted wardrobes and a view of the swimming pool. The bedroom has air conditioning.
In bathroom 2, the wall unit and the shower have already been renovated.
Through the hall with French doors you enter the tastefully decorated living room which is equipped with a 4-person sofa and 2 armchairs. the veranda at the front and rear can be entered through the patio doors. Dutch satellite TV (canal digital) is available and it is a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a Miele dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso machine, milk frother, Miele washing machine and freestanding fridge-freezer combination.
The garden has a private swimming pool, BBQ and several sun and shade terraces. The garage offers space to store luggage, bicycles or beach equipment.
Shopping in Playa d'aro or eating delicious tapas in Palamos or just going to the beach, everything you need for a wonderful holiday is nearby.
The villa is located in a quiet area and cannot be rented for groups of young people.
