Villa Castell is a typical Spanish villa with a turret and lots of character. The house is located in the Mas Père urbanization in Calonge. It sits on a spacious plot with a private driveway with parking for two cars. There are several terraces, so that you can find a place in the sun or in the shade at any time of the day. The front of the house has beautiful sea views. At the back is the swimming pool completely private.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a smart TV, including NL-Ziet. With a Firestick, you can access your streaming services, and there's free Wi-Fi. In the house on the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room with fireplace, as well as two double bedrooms. The round tower room can be used as a playroom, but also as an extra bedroom for 1 person. There is also a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, such as a combi oven and a dishwasher. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
In the basement, on the pool side, there is a completely renovated apartment, consisting of a sitting room with patio doors to the pool terrace, a double bedroom with air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a storage room with washing machine and dryer in the basement.
The pool can be heated from May to mid-October and can be lit in the evening.
